>> Receive funding for low-income, at-risk individuals who wish to join your CrossFit Affiliate.

WHO CAN BE AN AFFILIATE
​

To become an affiliate location for the Always Forward Initiative you must meet the following criteria. 

>> Be a CrossFit Affiliate in good standing.
>> Undergo a review process by the Always Forward Initiative board. The review process evaluates the quality and culture of your affiliate to determine if is aligned with the vision, mission, and values of the Always Forward Initiative.
​>> Provide necessary reports regarding attendance and compliance to the Always Forward Initiative team. ​

HOW IT WORKS
​

>> Become an approved Always Forward Initiative Affiliate.
>> Have your interested member complete the scholarship application here. 
​>> The Always Forward Initiative team will communicate directly with the member regarding their application and the expectations of involvement. 
​>> Upon approval the member can begin attending CrossFit classes at your affiliate.
​>> You coach CrossFit and provide community, we provide accountability and mentorship. 
>> The member will be assigned a virtual Always Forward Initiative coach who will provide 5 Factor Method mentorship. 
>> The member must maintain eligibility by complying with the expectations for involvement. 
>> You, the Affiliate owner, will be responsible for reporting attendance and engagement for each of your AFI scholarship members.
​>> On a monthly basis, the Always Forward Initiative will provide your Affiliate with payment for each scholarship member in good standing.
